- Analyzing the failure cause of massive KOFA fuel loaded in Kori Unit 2.
- Chief of nuclear fuel division at KEPCO Nuclear Fuel Company from 1997 to 2008.

- Leading the PLUS7 and 16HIPER fuel development projects.
- Participating in the 16ACE7 and 17ACE7 fuel development projects.
- Generating registered nuclear fuel-related patents of thirty-four(34).
- Receiving Gold Medal from KAIF/KNS for the contribution to the successful development of the PLUS7 fuel.
- Professor at nuclear engineering department of Dongguk University from 2009 to 2022.
